These wings are just spectacular! I got them for an art project and I need them to be solid and not flutter loose feathers everywhere. I think these wings will work very well. The gold coverage is 100% and the construction is sturdy. While I'm not going to be wearing them, the shoulder straps might be tight if you're a size 12 and up. My photo shows them on a friend who is petite and probably size 6. I had to help her get them on and pulled up to her shoulders. However, she said they are comfortable enough. And, because they are not giant, they would work well for a party and not knock everyone and everything over. The packaging was solid and luxurious; it was like unpacking a mink coat - haha!
