I was actually surprised what a great deal these were. At first I was iffy on the price because I thought they wouldn't be a good quality especially for the length but they are actually perfect for what I need! I am currently making a costume and I actually hot glued them onto a hoop skirt. They are durable, have really cool different settings. It does come with a remote, I haven't used it yet. Not sure if it is specified but the wire itself is actually copper and the lights are green. Overall, great quality and awesome price!These lights are beautiful, the remote works great, and there are a bunch of options from solid lighting to flashing. You can also adjust how bright or dim you want them to shine! Very cool. But they burn through batteries like there’s no tomorrow. I leave them on during the night (on the lowest brightness setting) as a nightlight for my daughter and turn them off during the day. I’ve had to change the batteries every two weeks! Getting expensive, I need to find an alternative.Great for a medium sized project. I like that the wire is thick enough to keep shape but think enough to be pliable. I also like that it comes with a remote for convenience & easy operationworks great beautiful colorOrdered a much smaller string before to see if i like them. Now, I go for the big one.
